♥ Heart Month at MFit ♥
February is already here and so are the Olympics. We want you to be as
heart smart and healthy as our Canadian athletes. Since February is
also heart month we are offering all clients access to our cardio free
for the entire month all we ask is that a small donation be made to the
Heart and Stroke Foundation of BC and Yukon. Our regular fee for
monthly cardio is $20.00 per month so that is a great starting point
for donations.

| Keeping in spirit of the Olympic Games we are also forming teams of
clients and trainers this gives you an opportunity to join cardio
forces with your trainer and build up a team time for some great
prizes. Here are the rules: you can only join a team if you have
trained with that trainer at least once and teams are limited to six
clients and one trainer or a group of ten clients can form a single
team and go for victory. To join a team talk to the trainer or ask at
the front desk, all cardio times are taken in every week and added to
the team total. Any cardio any where counts! You do not need to do the
time here at the gym you can go for a run, a walk or swim on your own
and give us the number of minutes and we will add it to your team.
Not
a team player? Do you like to go at it on your own like a speed skater
or luge athlete? No problem, join in on the solo rounds and still win
gold by logging all of your cardio time in minutes and emailing them to
us on Sunday or Monday. |
No matter what you want to do this is a great time for Canada and Vancouver to be a part of history and these fantastic games. Get out there and support our athletes in any way you can, remember these are our games this is our city so let’s do Canada proud and cheer loud and be supportive, patient and exceptional hosts of the 2010 Olympiad.
Get on your trainers team by signing up today! The first few participants that sign up will receive a
free MFit shirt but supplies are limited and it is first come, first serve so be sure to register quickly.
Donations can be made at the front desk by cash or cheque or if you'd like to donate online please
