Personal Training in Vancouver

What is it?
Personal training is one on one instruction on health and fitness designed with an individual approach that allows trainers to work with all levels of participants be it athletes or rehabilitation. 

As Personal Trainers we must:

  • Provide our clients with the knowledge and education to develop the skills they need to commit to a healthy lifestyle.
  • Design safe and effective training programs that enable our clients to reach their personal goals.
  • Motivate our clients to strive for higher standards of fitness.
  • Create a fun and interactive environment while remaining focused on their goals.
  • Assist in the rehabilitation of clients that have been injured or suffer from certain medical conditions, by creating a bridge with the medical community.
  • Treat all of our clients with respect for their individual situations, not comparing or creating competition between them.
  • Maintain our certifications, keeping up to date on current trends and research.
Our rates:

Fitness assessment: (60 minutes)
The starting point from which a comprehensive training program is built. Assess your cardiovascular fitness, strength, posture and flexibility to determine how to reach your goals.
$80 +gst

Introductory Package:
The place where our clients get started! A total of 6 - 1 hour personal training sessions.  If you haven't done an assessment with us your initial session will be used to determine where you are and what your goals are so that we can help you reach them.
$375.00 + gst


Personal Training Membership:
As an MFIT member you can take advantage of our knowledge and experience to achieve all of your fitness goals

 Session type

1:1 (one on one)

2:1 (two on one)

60 minute session $70 $50/person
30 minute session $45 $35/person


60 minute sessions:
These sessions are designed around a full body workout that encompasses all aspects of a fitness program.
You will be taken through cardio, strength, core and flexibility work.

30 minute sessions:
These sessions will have a specific focus to accommodate for the limited time:

  • Stretching
  • Cardio & Core
  • Strength
Cardio:
This is a perk for our training clients, sign up for unlimited cardio on your off days for only $20/month
