Why did you begin training at Momentum? I needed to get out a fitness rut. I knew that I would never push myself as
hard as someone else could push me, so I looked in the Yellow Pages for
"Specialists in Torture." Sadly, I couldn't find any, so I went to Momentum.
What were your original goals? a) Lose weight b) Feel better c) Be healthier d) Punch harder
OK, I'm kidding about the last one. But I've definitely noticed a change
in my strength, my body composition and the way my clothes fit. Plus I've
gotten compliments at work!

How has your trainers helped you to reach your goals?
Jon & Kyle have been fantastic. I told them at the very beginning that I
wanted them to make me cry; let's just say that I haven't been disappointed.
What keeps you motivated?
Fear. And my trainers.
What are your greatest achievements to date?
Passing my Royal College exam in Emergency Medicine this past spring. After only a handful of meltdowns. And a lot of chocolate chip cookies.
What are your plans for the future of your fitness? What new goals do you have?
I want to improve my upper body strength to the point that I can arm-wrestle
with only my pinkie finger...and win. Actually, I want to improve my core
strength so Jon and Kyle will be able to bounce quarters off my abs when I do
crunches.
